Refund policy
- Products
- 17.1 The images of the Products on Our Site are for illustrative purposes only and often digital versions of our products. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the Products. Your products may vary slightly from those images.
- 17.2 The packaging of the Products may vary from that shown on images on Our Site.
- 17.3 Products on Our Site are featured subject to availability and we may correct an error, change a Product’s description or withdraw any Product from sale at our discretion at any time.
- Ordering Products
- 18.1 Submitting an order for BeautyRaena Products is an offer by you to enter into a Contract with us which we are free to accept or decline at our discretion.
- 18.2 If we accept your order then we start to deliver the Products to you. The Contract between us will only be formed when we do this.
- 18.3 If we are unable to supply you with a Product, for example because that Product is not in stock or no longer available or because we cannot meet your requested delivery date or because of an error in the price on Our Site as referred to in clause 4, we will inform you of this by e-mail and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the Products, we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged as soon as possible.
- 18.4 Our Site contains a large number of Products. It is always possible that, despite our efforts, some of the Products on Our Site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the Products you have ordered we will contact you in writing to inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the Product at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing. If we mistakenly accept and process your order where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mispricing, we may cancel supply of the Product and refund you any sums you have paid.
- Delivery
- 19.1 The price of a Product does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges will be advised to you during the check-out process, before you confirm your order, and will vary depending on the delivery location.
- 19.2 We will contact you with an estimated delivery date for your Products via our couriers once we have shipped your order. Please check your spam folder for this as it will come directly from our courier. Occasionally our delivery to you may be affected by an Event Outside Our Control. See clause 23 for our responsibilities when this happens.
- 19.3 Time shall not be of the essence for the delivery of the Products.
- 19.4 If our courier is unable to deliver your order a note will be left informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the Products.
- 19.5 If you do not take delivery of the Products or supply adequate delivery instructions we may cancel your order and retain the Products.
- 19.6 Delivery shall be completed when we deliver the Products to the address you gave us and the Products will be your responsibility from that time.
- 19.7 You own the Products once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges, and the Products have been delivered.
- International delivery
- 20.1 If you order Products from Our Site for international delivery your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.
- 20.2 You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
- 20.3 You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
- 20.4 On occasion your order may be subject to customs checks. Neither us or the courier have any control over the timescales of this.
- Our warranty and return policy
- 21.1 We provide a warranty that:
- 21.1.1 we have the right to provide the Services;
- 21.1.2 we shall provide the Services with reasonable care and skill; and
- 21.1.3 on delivery the Products shall be free from material defects.
- 21.2 All purchases of online courses \ digital products & in-person trainings are non-refundable. All eyelash extension products are returnable within 2 days after product delivery date. All inquiries for a return/refund after 2 days of receiving, will be automatically declined. Once a product has been opened we cannot take it back.
