Welcome to Beauty Raena. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.beautyraena.com (the "Site") and any products or services you purchase from Beauty Raena LLC ("Beauty Raena," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to make a purchase or book a service. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products and Orders

Product descriptions. We work to describe our products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, colors, images, or other content are error-free. Product images are representative; actual products may vary slightly.

Pricing. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time and to correct pricing errors, including after an order has been placed. If we correct a price after you order, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel.

Order acceptance. Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, and we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.

Professional products. Certain products we sell are intended for use by trained, licensed beauty professionals. By purchasing these items you represent that you are qualified to use them and will do so in accordance with all applicable laws, manufacturer instructions, and safety guidance.

3. Shipping

We ship to the addresses you provide at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of your order. We are not responsible for carrier delays, or for packages marked delivered but reported missing.

4. Returns and Refunds

Return eligibility, timeframes, and conditions are set out in our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. For health and safety reasons, certain products may not be returnable once opened.

5. Salon Services

Booking and cancellation. Appointments may require a deposit or card on file. We ask that you provide advance notice to cancel or reschedule. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to rebook.

Health disclosure. You are responsible for disclosing allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, and recent treatments that may affect your service. We may decline or modify a service where we believe it is not appropriate for you.

Results. Results vary between individuals. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, retention period, or appearance.

6. Text Message Program

If you opt in to receive text messages from Beauty Raena, the following applies.

You consent to receive text messages from Beauty Raena LLC at the number you provide, which may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service.

Messages may include order and shipping updates, appointment confirmations and reminders, restock alerts, and promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at customersupport@beautyraena.com. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
